This looks to be a painting of a ruined building, possibly a stately home, nestled among trees. We are not sure of the location but it could be in the Ickenham area where Archer lived.
It could be near Swakeleys Park, nowadays a tranquil green space with a lake, walking paths, play areas, tennis courts & a landscaped garden.
It is anticipated that some of Archer's paintings will be available to purchase as limited edition prints in the future. In the meantime permission has been granted to Paradis Terrestre Greeting Cards to produce high quality greeting cards from some of Archer's paintings.
